This project documented the closure of a local school, and the impact it had on the school community. Changing times forced this once award-winning school at the heart of a close-knit community to close. Asha worked alongside students and staff in the school to document their thoughts, and help them to process and preserve precious memories of their school.

 

Reflecting on the places that they loved in the school, even though they now looked neglected, participants created stunning artworks, a beautiful exhibition, and lasting positive memories.
