Pocket Pick-me-up – Look Up 2016

Year 2 of the now annual youth-led event introducing young people across Auckland to organisations and strategies they can use to support their mental health and wellbeing. 100 young people sat with our team, talked about ‘stuff that worried them’, and made personal pocket pick me ups, messages of love and support to keep in their pockets for times of need.
