Envision was a pioneering action research and professional development initiative promoting young people’s engagement and leadership in cultural venues across the UK (2001-2007). Action research projects in 32 galleries and museums, an advocacy campaign, and a national professional development programme (co-led with young people), embedded widespread cultural change across the galleries and museums in the UK.
