A heart-warming community building project. Links and lights brought together people of all ages living in a neglected neighbourhood to make art, share extraordinary moments, and bond. It helped to spark conversations and positive relationships across generations, building a more connected and supportive community, and involving participants in leading changes in their own neighbourhood. Participants increased their social networks (reducing isolation), and started to work together to act on neighbourhood issues. They created a community website where members contributed content, exchanged views and connected with their neighbours.
